August 29, 2011

                           -Annual Back to School Breakfast

                           -Stanley Baptist Church

                           -Registration at 8:30; Breakfast at 9:00

                           -Fees are $15.00 (Breakfast - $8.00; Annual Dues - $5.00;

                                                      Donation - $2.00)

                           -Absolute deadline for replying is August 19, so we may have

                                          an accurate count

                           -"Giving Back to the Community" project is Page County SPCA

                                  -Large (35 gal) trash bags

                                  -Paper towels

                                  -Newspapers (remove glossy flyers)

                                  -Dish/laundry detergent

                                  -Dry cat food/kitten chow

                                  -Dog food of any kind

                                  -Bleach

October 6, 2011:   

                           -Luncheon

                           -Stanley United Methodist Church

                           -Registration at 11:30; Lunch at 12:00

                           -Cost TBA

                           -Deadline for replying is September 26, so we may have

                                          an accurate count

                           -"Giving Back to the Community" project is Stanley Library

                                  -Monetary donation preferred, make checks to Page County

December 1, 2011:   

                           -Christmas Luncheon

                           -Edith Rebekah Lodge, Luray

                           -Registration at 11:30; Lunch at 12:00

                           -Cost TBA

                           -Deadline for replying is November 21, so we may have

                                          an accurate count

                          -"Giving Back to the Community" project is Choices

February 2, 2012:

                           -Pot Luck Luncheon

                           -Christ United Methodist Church, Shenandoah

                           -Registration at 11:30; Lunch at 12:00

                           -REMEMBER! If schools are delayed OR closed, we will

                                         NOT have the luncheon!

                           - NO RSVP!!

                           -"Giving Back to the Community" project is Page One-Shenandoah
                                           They will accept anything, but have a great need for:

                                   -Peanut Butter

                                   -Canned meat

                                   -Cereal

                            RAFFLE TICKETS for the Wayland print may be picked up, or

                                    arrangements may be made for us to get them to you!

April 12, 2012:       

                           -Annual Scholarship Banquet

                           -Edith Rebekah Lodge, Luray

                                  -Registration/Social Hour 5:45; Dinner at 6:30                          

                           -Cost $ 20.00

                          -Deadline for replying is March 26, so we may have

                                          an accurate count

June 7, 2012:           

                           -Luncheon

                           -Fields United Methodist Church, Shenandoah                          

                           -Registration at 11:30; Lunch at 12:00
